James Telios’ outgoing personality and friendliness have made him a popular agent in the greater Oakleigh area where he’s lived and worked for more than a decade. ‘A lot of Oakleigh’s older style houses have made way for more modern properties that attract a younger generation of tenants,’ James says. ‘We’re seeing more and more professional tenants and young families moving to the area to take advantage of the affordable living and good quality modern homes.’
