Perry Telios is well known in the Oakleigh community for his vast knowledge of the local property market and for his helpfulness and easy going nature. ‘Our whole family is part of the local Oakleigh community,’ Perry says. ‘I’ve raised my family here, my brother, James, lives here too – we’re active community members. We know all the local business people; we sponsor lots of school fundraisers and support local events because we believe in giving back to the community.’Perry’s personal style of uncompromising service reflects his commitment to doing the right thing by his clients. ‘I want all my clients to have a positive real estate experience. I won’t say something if I don’t mean it, and I always do what I say I’ll do.’

Since starting in real estate in 1994, Perry has become the pre-eminent specialist in property in the greater Oakleigh area, and with his auctioneering skills in high demand, he’s averaged four auctions every Saturday for 17 years. Perry attributes his success and his stamina to a simple love of helping people find the right property. ‘I’ve always loved property – I’ve built my home with my own hands and renovated too. I love helping them move into homes they’re going to love to live in and Oakleigh is an area with so much potential.’
